Q. How do I download Power Structure?
A. Unfortunately our download system isn't automatic yet; it may take up to 24 hours although sometimes it's very quick. If you want to download Power Structure immediately please visit our friends at The Writer's Store.
Q. How do I obtain technical support or report a problem with Power Structure
A. We offer free lifetime support by e-mail or phone. You can e-mail us at support@write-brain.com or call us by telephone at 858-270-7515. Support is offer Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
When you contact us for support, please have available your Power Structure serial number, your computer operating system (e.g. Mac OS 10.4.11 or Windows Vista), and try to be at your computer when you call.
Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. We sure do. You can return Power Structure within 30 days of your purchase. Please deactivate your serial number. Uninstall Power Structure. Then email or call us and we'll refund your money.
Q. Will Power Structure work on my Mac or PC?
A. Power Structure works on PCs running Windows Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Power Structure works on Macs running all versions of Mac OS X.
Q. Do you ship and sell outside the United States?
A. We have sold Power Structure to writers in 45 countries. Power Structure tabs are only in English. However, you can write in whatever language you choose. We have spell-check dictionaries in almost all European languages. If you'd like to request a dictionary, please e-mail us at info@powerstructure.com.
Q. On how many computers can I install Power Structure?
A. You can install Power Structure on 3 computers at one time. Power Structure works equally well on both Macs and PCs. If you replace a computer, just deactivate it on one and re-activate it on the new one.
Q. Can my writing partner also use Power Structure?
A. Like almost all software programs, Power Structure is sold per single user. It is not sold to be installed on one computer for many different people to use. If you'd like to purchase multi-user licenses for Power Structure, they are available.
Q. What do other writers think?
A. Famous writers such as Jeffrey Arch, Sleepless in Seattle; Roger Schulman, Shrek; and Tim Cahill, Jaguars Ripped my Flesh, have told us they use Power Structure. We've also heard from a lot of not-so-famous writers that Power Structure has improved their stories and kept them passionate about writing.
