When you contact us for support, please have available your Power Structure serial number, your computer operating system (e.g. Mac OS 10.4.9 or Windows XP), and try to be at your computer when you call.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. We sure do. You can return Power Structure within 30 days of your purchase. You have to deactivate your serial number. We check to make sure. And we give you a full refund.

Q. Will Power Structure work on my Mac or PC?
A. Power Structure works on PCs running Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Power Structure works on Macs running all versions of Mac OS X including the latest Intel MacBook Pro and MacPro.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. We have sold Power Structure to writers in 45 countries. Power Structure tabs are only in English. However, you can write in whatever language you choose. We have spell-check dictionaries in almost all European languages. If you'd like to request a dictionary, please e-mail us at info@powerstructure.com.

Q. Do I have to buy it from you?

Q. Can I use Power Structure with a screenwriting program like Final Draft or Movie Magic Screenwriter.?
A. Since Ken Schafer was the original programmer of both Movie Magic Screenwriter and Power Structure, they work very well together. You can also export your files from Power Structure to Final Draft with a few minor steps. All instructions are included in the Power Structure manual.

Q. Can I download a demo?
A. You can download a Power Structure demo or you can watch a quick Power Structure walk-through which takes you through all the main features. We also offer a 30-day guarantee so if you try Power Structure and it's not for you, you can always return it. Fortunately for us, few writers return Power Structure once they see how well it works for them.

Q. On how many computers can I install Power Structure?
A. You can install Power Structure on 3 computers at one time. Power Structure works equally well on both Macs and PCs. If you replace a computer, just deactivate it on one and re-activate it on the new one.

Q. Can my writing partner also use Power Structure?
A. Like almost all software programs, Power Structure is sold per single user. It is not sold to be installed on one computer for many different people to use. If you'd like to purchase multi-user licenses for Power Structure, they are available.

Q. Is there a difference between the Academic and Full version of Power Structure?
A. The price is different. The bonus items included in the Full version are not included in the Academic version. The programs are the exact same.
